May 2010 - LPI ARS Core Return Program - Now Using FedEx

When utilizing LPI’s ARS Core Return Program, for a minimal fee, you can purchase a Pre-paid FedEx freight label to return your cores quickly and easily to LPI. Simply apply the ARS label to your package for prompt delivery and credit to your LPI Account.

If you have already been using the ARS Program, please note that the return shipping labels have been changed from UPS to FedEx. With LPI’s Core Return Program, you can ship via FedEx with no additional pickup charges applied.

April 2010 - Laser Pros Names Troy Nied New Facility Supervisor

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Troy Nied to Warehouse Supervisor of our new Western States Distribution Center. Troy is a 13-year veteran of Laser Pros International, the last 5 years serving as the Inventory Control Supervisor.

"Troy has a strong technical background and a tireless work ethic," Stated Director of Operations Dennis Dunn. "I’ve worked closely with Troy on several projects and he’s proven himself to be a consensus-building team player. He will transition into his new role seamlessly, and I’m excited to have someone with Troy’s upstanding moral character direct our Western States operations."

Nied holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Logistics IS. While overseeing operations, Troy will manage the procuring, maintaining and transporting of finished goods to ensure Laser Pros meets the requirements of every customer.


March 2010 - LPI Opens New Western States Distribution Center

To provide faster, more economical solutions nationwide, Laser Pros opened a western states distribution center. Located just minutes from the airport and Strip in Las Vegas, the 11,000 sq. ft. facility stocks a full line of OEM and Remanufactured printer parts. This distribution facility services ALL of California, Nevada, and Arizona with 1 day ground shipping, as well as 2 day ground shipping, to Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Colorado, and parts of Texas.

August 2009 - Recharger World Expo - Las Vegas

January 2009 - New Technology Developments

Laser Pros International, an industry leader in laser printer parts, service, and support, unveils "New Technology Developments" for the HP P3005 formatter.

Any HP P3005 formatter produced by Laser Pros will receive a full upgrade to duplexing technology. "At this time, we are not aware of any other vendor in the industry utilizing such technology as we are here," says Dan Eckrich of Laser Pros Research and Development team. He also adds, "Every item is guaranteed the latest revision and current service notes at the time of production."

Laser Pros continues to lead the industry in technological advancements and new product development. This innovative philosophy ensures Laser Pros will always provide their customers with the most dependable and preferred product in the repair industry.


December 2008 - LPI Gives to the Community

Known for their generosity in the community, Laser Pros International (LPI) and its employees donated over $2,000 to the local Food Pantry and will continue with their efforts throughout 2009.

With the majority of LPI’s 94 employees being from the Rhinelander area, they recognized the importance of the Rhinelander Food Pantry (RFP) program and were more than willing to give to those in need.

Through the holiday season, a food drive was held at Laser Pros which brought in boxes upon boxes full of non-perishable food items for the pantry. Separate contributions of two $1,000 checks were presented to the RFP in 2008.

With so many employees expressing the desire to support the Rhinelander Food Pantry (RFP), the owners of LPI gave the option of “Payroll Giving” in which monthly contributions are automatically deducted from paychecks and matched dollar for dollar by the company.

This idea serves as a great opportunity for employees to guarantee their gift of charity to those in need.

More than 100 classes were held at Recharger World Expo this year, including LPI’s very own Ebben Joslin and Todd Mackoway's presentation - “Solutions to Current Laser Printer Failures”. This seminar covered the most current common failures seen in the field. Along with proper identification, diagnosis and fixes.

May 2008 - LPI Celebrates 10 Years in Rhinelander WI
Laser Pros International (LPI) first opened their doors for business in 1990 in Madison, WI. After a couple moves, and continued growth, in 1998 LPI moved the business to Rhinelander, where it has remained thriving since. Recently, Laser Pros celebrated their 10-year anniversary in the Rhinelander location.

LPI’s current 40,000 square foot facility located just past the airport in Rhinelander continues to succeed as one of the world’s largest supplier of laser printer parts and accessories. Much of LPI’s growth can be attributed to their dedicated employees. LPI currently employs over 100 full and part time employees, where consensus is – LPI is one of the best places to work in the Rhinelander area. Their extremely low turnover is an attest to that fact, with twenty four employees celebrating 10+ years of work with LPI in 2008.

As part of the anniversary celebration and employee appreciation, LPI provided a companywide picnic, several drawings for chamber bucks, and $50 gas cards to all their employees. Laser Pros is an equal employment opportunity employer and looks forward to another great 10 years in Rhinelander.




February 2008 - NEW Research & Development Department
Laser Pros International (LPI) is pleased to introduce our new Research and Development (R & D) Department. The main focus of the R & D Department will be on expansion of current product offering while researching and implementing new product lines.

LPI is dedicated to the continuous improvement which enhances product performance and quality while maintaining and exceeding industry standards.  Identifying and troubleshooting product issue through innovative research and at times, unconventional methods, contributes to LPI’s exceptionally low warranty rates.

Consistently, LPI goes above and beyond customers’ expectations to guarantee excellence, service, and value. The addition of a new R&D Department is a product of customer feedback and excellence sought by LPI to continually develop the overall customer experience.


January 2008 - LPI Core Banking
LPI’s Core Banking program allows customers to ship extra, repairable cores to us for future use on account.

All core bank inventories are tracked in our ERP System and available for your viewing online within the Account Activity section of your web account. Customers can also view Core Bank RMA’s via a Core Report that is emailed bi-weekly. Please note, Cores returned and processed as CORE BANK RMA’S are not redeemable for cash, and may be used for internal application on account only.

September 2007- Enhanced Technical Resources
For the most current and abundant array of HP Laser Printer Technical Resource information, Laser Pros International is “the service leader.”

LPI’s website contains links to 100’s of downloadable part diagrams and instructions, with part list information, part descriptions, exploded illustration of each section within a specified printer, and the ability to order with a simple click of the mouse.

Reference tools are added online daily to keep customers up to date on the most recent happenings related to laser printers, such as a 49.xx Errors Reference Document. The 49.xx error is one of the most recurring and recognized error with HP LJ Printers recently, and can help to identify, diagnose and fix issues related to the 49.xx error code.

The diagrams can be viewed online by everyone, but pricing and availability for each part requires a login. To obtain one, customers will need to register online by visiting the registration page. Processing is completed within 24 hours.

August 2007- Recharger World Expo 2007

September 2006 - LPI's New Resource Center
Laser Pros International recently unveiled an all new Resource Center. Complete with reference tools, technical tips, and the very latest product details available.

LPI’s very detailed and easy to navigate section on Common Replacement Parts offers product identification information detailed by laser printer model and printer class.

LPI’s Resource Center is continually updated to keep customers abreast to the latest developments within the laser printer industry, to include Technical Tips from their industry leading Technical Support Staff, the most recent product identification available for HP parts, and general tech tips not typically found in service manuals.
