We guarantee that all our parts are HP OEM unless otherwise specified, and if you receive an order that doesn't
meet your quality specifications, we will gladly pay for return shipping. In addition, most refurbished components
carry a six-month warranty, to assure you of only the highest quality products and service.
Laser Pros International also offers an advanced exchange program, so you don't have to wait to get the components you need.
All you have to do is return your repairable cores to us within thirty days of new product shipment.
A $25.00 late fee will be applied to all cores received after 30 days but before 60 days.
No credit will be issued for cores returned after 60 days.
Same-day shipment is available on all FedEx orders placed before 6:00 p.m. CST, and toll-free technical assistance
is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
